Most dev shops wait for a spec, then build exactly what's on it. We'd rather get to the question first. The Innovation Lab is where we test product ideas before they turn into anyone's client ticket. We pick the parts of streaming and fan experience that still feel harder than they should, and we build something to see if there's a better way.

How an idea moves through the Lab
Every concept on this page traveled the same six stages, from a sketch on a whiteboard to something running on a real device.
Ideation
It starts with an itch. A problem a client keeps running into, a pattern we've watched break on matchday. We shape it into something worth building.
Validation
Before a line of code, we pressure-test the idea against the market. Does this solve a real problem, or just a fun one?
Prototyping
We build the first working version. Clickable, real, rough where it needs to be. Enough to put in front of people and watch what they actually do with it.
Tech Enabling
What it takes to run at tier-1 scale, which SDKs and players it leans on, and what the architecture has to survive when traffic spikes.
Testing
Real users, real devices. We refine based on what happens, not what we hoped would happen.
Delivery
The concept ships, into one of our products or into a client's app. Then we watch how it performs and keep tuning.

Everything in the Lab is exploratory. Putting a concept into production still takes real discovery, design hardening, security review, and QA. What it saves is the months of arguing over a slide deck before anyone sees the thing working.
