Project Manager
About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to top trending apps in the fast-growing Video experience and OTT market.
The position is available immediately, based in Skopje, North Macedonia! We offer a hybrid work model, with the possibility of working from home or the office.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing technical or digital delivery projects end-to-end.
- Proven experience applying Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in project metrics, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English.
