People & Culture Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Lead to own and evolve our people strategy as we continue to scale. This role goes beyond traditional HR — it focuses on people leadership, culture design, performance frameworks, and organizational effectiveness.

You will work closely with leadership to ensure that high performance, strong culture, and employee experience grow together.engineering teams to ensure project clarity.

Responsibilities
  • Own and continuously improve people operations across the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to retention.
  • Lead and optimise the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring structure, fairness, and strong candidate experience.
  • Design, run, and evolve the company-wide performance review and feedback cycles.
  • Partner with leadership to translate performance and engagement data into actionable improvement plans.
  • Define, embed, and actively promote company values, culture initiatives, and internal rituals.
  • Build and improve onboarding frameworks to ensure a structured and engaging start for all new hires.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on people-related challenges, handling sensitive matters with sound judgement and empathy.
  • Run engagement and satisfaction surveys and drive follow-up actions across teams.
  • Improve internal communication and cross-team alignment as the organization scales.
  • Represent the company externally, supporting employer branding, events, and talent initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, People & Culture, Recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in tech or consulting environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven hands-on experience designing, running, and improving performance review and feedback cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end recruitment, including hiring for technical roles.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgement in handling sensitive people matters.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written), with strong communication and organizational skills.
