Business Analyst
About the role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing team, working with cutting-edge technology and contributing to top trending apps in the fast-growing Video Experience and OTT market. The position is available immediately and is based in Skopje, North Macedonia, where you will be part of the team leading our international expansion. We offer a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to work from home or from the office.
In this role, you will be part of the Analysis team, responsible for identifying client needs, analyzing processes, and proposing solutions that align with strategic goals. You will help foster efficiency and organizational success through structured, systematic approaches, while acting as a key link between clients and engineering teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout projects.

Responsibilities
- Establishing and building relationships with the client’s stakeholder through deep understanding of the business domain and consultancy.
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Providing solution directions and recommendations based on the client’s needs, environment specifics and industry trends.
- Creating and keeping up to date product backlog (creating user stories and acceptance criteria from the product vision and epics by using Gherkin Syntax).
- Working closely with the engineering team and ensuring that user stories are implemented in line with the product vision and timelines.
- Understanding the market reasoning behind given requirements and ensuring that the development team delivers it according to global business goals and feature specifics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience.
- Demonstrable ability to translate business needs into solution requirements and define those in a written format that allows engineering teams to align behind the product vision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience of software development planning techniques, including Agile Scrum.
- Understand all standard tools and methodologies concerning Business Analysis including processes, artifacts, and tools.
- Strong analytical skills, systematic approach and self-reliance.
- Ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of product iterations.
