Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst
Job Brief

The position is available immediately, based in Skopje, North Macedonia! We offer a hybrid work model, with the possibility of working from home or the office.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency
- Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Lead the requirements engineering and analysis process and translate requirements into user stories written in Gherkin Syntax
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst in a technology or related field
- Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent requirements engineering skills (required experience in writing user stories)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
